At Island Xpressions Hair & Beauty Studio, we strive to provide a seamless delivery and pickup experience for our valued customers. Please review our delivery and pickup policies below:
 
Free Delivery Areas
  • Langford and a 10 km radius to Downtown Victoria: Free next-day delivery for orders placed after 3 PM.
 
General Shipping and Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Once shipped, your order will arrive within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
 
Product Availability
  • If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
 
Important Information
  • Incorrect Billing or Delivery Information: Delays may occur if incorrect billing, contact, or delivery details are provided. Processing will resume once the information is verified.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Island Xpressions Hair & Beauty Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with a product or change your mind, our return and exchange policies are designed to provide peace of mind while shopping with us.
 
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept exchanges within 3 days of product delivery or pickup, provided the following conditions are met:
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • Customers must provide photos of the item(s) to confirm the product’s sellable condition.
  • Exchange authorization must be obtained from our Customer Service team before returning any items.
 
Important Notes
  • Exchanges for used or opened items will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • For sanitary reasons, wigs and hairpieces are not eligible for return.
  • Only unopened and sealed salon supplies, or liquid, cream, and powder hair care products in their original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
  • Pre-authorization for all returns is required from our Customer Service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, if applicable.
  • Island Xpressions reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on personal-use products.

Refund Policy
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
 
Refund Guidelines
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was incorrectly shipped, defective, or damaged.
  • If an item was shipped incorrectly, is defective, or is damaged, shipping costs will be refunded.
